KRC     INSIDE MY SHOP

Photos of my Shop

I started out with a carport in 2002 and have continued adding tools,workshop lighting,work benches,electrical outlets,a sink-with water heater.

I have had a great time building the workshop over the last few years. As time has gone on I delved into prototype development, welding, sandblasting and wood working.

My shop may be small-15'x25' but I have learned how to be creative in building storage and work areas.

Living in Arizona the summers are hot so I installed a room A/C unit to help keep it cool.During the winter it is also a heater which comes in handy when it comes time to work with vinyl graphics and photo resist.

Kickin' Back Just kickin' back after a day in my workshop.
Wide View This is an wide angle shot of my shop. Overall  is 15'wide x 25' long. I have crammed alot of equipment and materials in here over the years
1st Sandblasting Cabinet I started out w/just one sand-blasting cabinet from Harbor Freight. The sink was temporary for a while. I had to use a garden hose for water and a 5 gallon bucket for the drain.
Addead 2nd cabinet I added a 2nd sandblast cabinet for smaller glass and different grit size. It makes it easier than changing and cleaning the cabinets ever time.
Lights in Sandblast Cabinet The lights that come with the cabinet weren't enough so I added some magnetic style light from Harbor Freight as well.
Paint and Storage

This is a multipurpose paint cabinet and photo cube I built in a smaller storage shop I have.

See my video on how this was built!

I'll be adding some workshop plans and workshop layout ideas that you can put to use in your own workshop.

Workshop lighting and electrical is one of the most important parts in your design so I'll add some great ideas on this as well.
